The landlord (Real name: Thomas Wardson The Third) is the owner of Philipnova798's Comic Studio. He always comes every month to collect the rent. Phil doesn't like him that much, so he gets his cast to tell lies. Unfortunately, the Landlord sees through these lies. And because of this, Phil and any (or sometimes all) of his cast members (usually Onepu Nuva) has to fill out checks to pay the Landlord.
